Packages for European associations

Start with one. Add the rest when you need it.

Six packages built around what associations in Brussels actually need, in the order they usually need it. Each one works on its own and plugs into the next: the brand feeds the templates, the report feeds the posts, the interview feeds the video.

01

Pick one

The package that solves this quarter's problem. Clear scope, clear timing.

02

We build it with you

Your team stays in control. AI speeds up production, people make every decision.

03

Add when it makes sense

No bundle you do not need. Everything we make is reused by the next package.

Brand Essentials

Project

Look like the organisation you already are

For associations whose logo, templates and slides have drifted apart over the years, or that are about to change name, merge or open a new chapter.

  • A short brand audit: what you have, what people actually use, what confuses members.
  • Logo refresh or new identity, colour and type system, a brand guide people can read in ten minutes.
  • Templates your team uses every day: Word, PowerPoint, social posts, email signature.
  • A LinkedIn kit: banner, profile assets, post formats.

Website

Project

A site members, journalists and policymakers actually use

For associations whose website is a brochure nobody updates, or that need a campaign or project site live before a deadline.

  • Structure built around your audiences: members, press, policymakers, the public.
  • Design and build on a CMS your team can update without calling us.
  • Ready for more languages, accessible, and written so AI search engines cite you correctly.
  • Positions, publications and news in one place, easy to share.

Reports & Publications

Project

Annual reports, white papers and manifestos people finish reading

For the annual report, the position paper, the white paper or the manifesto that carries your message to the institutions.

  • Editorial structure and copy editing, so the key message survives the first page.
  • Layout, infographics and data visualisation in your brand.
  • Print, accessible PDF or interactive PDF, plus the web version.
  • A launch kit: posts, visuals and a short video cut from the publication.

1 to 3 weeks per publication

Content Engine

Monthly

You send us one thing a week. We give you a week of LinkedIn.

For comms teams of one or two people who have plenty to say and no time to produce it.

  • Four LinkedIn posts a week, in your brand, from one input: a paper, a press release, a speech, a number.
  • One presenter video a month with an AI avatar of your spokesperson, clearly labelled as AI.
  • One automation that saves time every week: approval from your phone, an automatic press review or a members digest.
  • A shared editorial calendar and a one-page monthly report.

Monthly, three months to start · first posts in week one

Voices: interviews & video

Project

Put your members and leaders on camera

For associations that want their president, members or experts heard, not just quoted in a press release.

  • Interview preparation: questions, messages, who says what.
  • One filming day in Brussels or at your event, several interviews.
  • Short cuts for LinkedIn and a longer version for your site, with subtitles.
  • Optional: the same video in more languages, or a video manifesto.

Events & Campaigns

Project

One idea, from the invitation to the wrap-up video

For the general assembly, the annual conference or the campaign that has to look like one thing across every channel.

  • Event or campaign concept and identity.
  • Everything the event needs: invitation, stage, signage, slides, badges, social.
  • Content on the day and a wrap-up video within days, not weeks.
  • A toolkit members can reuse to amplify the campaign.

The Brussels calendar

We plan around your year, not ours.

Association work follows the same rhythm every year. We send a short brief before each moment, with what to prepare and what it costs.

January

A new Council presidency and a new budget year. Position papers and priorities to align.

February to April

Annual report season. The report is due for the general assembly.

May to June

General assemblies, conferences and EU weeks. Event materials and video.

September

The rentrée and the State of the Union. LinkedIn wakes up again.

October to December

Next year's plan, and this year's budget still to use. Brand and website projects.

Prices on request, the same day.

Every package depends on scope, languages and timing, so we do not publish a price list. Tell us who you are and you get the prices for your association by email, or book twenty minutes and we tell you which package fits, including when the answer is none.
