Disclosure Implementation

Every format, the right wording, built into the workflow.

For any team publishing content made or modified with AI.

Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 exposure can reach €15 million or 3%. One buried policy page does not fix the production workflow.

This is the one part of the offer where the financial risk is real and worth naming. Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026 and carries up to €15 million or 3% of worldwide turnover. It is not the €35 million figure circulating in explainer videos: that belongs to Article 5 and has nothing to do with your content.

Disclosure fails in practice for a dull reason. Somebody writes a rule, and then the person publishing at six in the evening does not know which words to use on a carousel. So we do not hand you a principle. We hand you the sentence, per format, per language, and we put the check where the work happens.

We do this to ourselves first. Every White Rabbit video with a synthetic avatar carries a visible badge, and our standard is published on this site. You can inspect ours before you buy yours.

How it runs

  1. Audit
We go through what you have already published and the pipeline that produced it, and mark where a disclosure is missing, wrong or invisible.
  2. Standard
We write your disclosure standard: ready-to-use wording per format and per language, in English, French, Dutch and Italian.
  3. Implementation
In-video badges, caption lines, native platform toggles, footers on deliverables and the opening message of any chatbot you operate.
  4. The blocking check
A pre-publication checklist that sits in the workflow rather than in a document nobody opens, plus one working session with the people who actually publish.

Questions

Is it not enough to tick the platform's "AI-generated" toggle?

No. The native labels are a useful addition, not the obligation. Our operating rule is stricter than the text: if a voice, face, image, video or text was generated or modified by AI and it leaves the organisation, it is declared visibly, before or during viewing. Metadata alone does not count.

We review everything a human wrote. Does that exempt us?

Article 50(4) exempts AI-generated text on matters of public interest where it has been through human review and someone takes editorial responsibility. That review has to be real, not a button. We will tell you where your workflow qualifies and where it does not.

Does this apply to work we published before August?

The obligation bites on what you publish now, and the practical exposure is your live pipeline. The audit still covers the back catalogue so you know what is out there, and we prioritise by what is visible and current rather than by volume.
