AI Act half-day

Four hours online, and the file exists.

For organisations with the obligation that do not want to open a separate compliance project.

Article 4 has been applicable for 18 months. You are overdue and have nothing written down to show what measures you took.

Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. Since 2 August 2026 the national authorities have the powers to ask about it, and in Belgium that is the BIPT. What they ask for is not a course. It is evidence of the measures you took.

This session produces that evidence in an afternoon, without opening a project, appointing a working group or writing a policy from scratch.

It runs cross-company: several organisations in the same session, up to twelve. That is deliberate. Hearing another federation describe the same problem convinces people faster than any slide we could show them.

How it runs

  1. Before — you send one real case
Each organisation brings an actual AI use from its own work. That is what we work on, so nobody spends the afternoon on a fictional example.
  2. Hour 1 — what actually applies to you
The obligations that concern a communicating organisation, and the ones that do not. The correct penalty figures, and where the €35 million number really belongs.
  3. Hours 2 and 3 — the documents
We build the register row, walk through the policy template and set the disclosure rules for the formats you publish.
  4. Hour 4 — your case
Thirty minutes per organisation on the case you brought, ending with a documented workflow for it.

Questions

Is there a fine if we do nothing?

Article 4 has no direct penalty under Article 99. That is the plain answer and we would rather you heard it from us. The obligation still applies, authorities can ask, inspect and order corrective action, and Article 50 on transparency does carry up to €15 million or 3% and has applied since 2 August 2026.

Do we get a certificate?

You get an attendance record stating who attended, when and what was covered. Not an "AI Act seal": no body issues one and the regulation prescribes no certificate. Anyone promising you one has not read the regulation they are selling you.

Does the Digital Omnibus mean we can relax?

No. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026, changed Article 4 from "ensure" to "support the development of" AI literacy. It is now an obligation of means, which you discharge by showing what you did. The document matters more, not less.
