Training may have happened. The named, dated proof of what your organisation did has not.
Above roughly twenty-five people, AI use stops being visible. It crosses teams, tools, roles and approval chains, and nobody can say with confidence who uses what, on which data. Before you train anyone, you need the map.
So this starts with an AI Act Reality Check: half a day plus a report on where you are exposed and what closing it costs. Organisations that do it usually discover they have fourteen tools rather than three. The €2,400 is credited back in full against the Pack if you sign within sixty days.
Then the Pack itself: three live modules built by role rather than the same course delivered three times, and the documents that outlast the training.
How it runs
- Reality CheckHalf a day plus a report within five working days. Inventory of the AI actually in use including shadow AI, who uses it and on what data, where you are provider and where you are deployer, and an Article 50 test on a real sample of your published content.
- Module 1 — people who communicateTwo hours for comms, press, social and public affairs. Article 50 in practice: what must be disclosed, how, in which language. Avatars, synthetic voices, AI text on matters of public interest and the human-review exemption.
- Module 2 — people who handle dataTwo hours for operations, HR, IT and research. Where the AI Act ends and the GDPR begins, what never gets uploaded, the shadow AI already in the building, and when an internal use tips into high risk.
- Module 3 — people who decideForty-five minutes for leadership, secretariat general and board. Who is accountable for what, what you are signing, what to demand from vendors, what a tender will ask for.
- Follow-up at three monthsOne hour to review, update the register and cover what changed in the meantime.

Why not just buy everyone a €199 course?
For twenty-five people a generic course costs €4,975 and produces twenty-five certificates of attendance at a lesson that is not about you. The Pack costs €380 per person and produces the policy, the register and the compliance note. The difference is not the training. It is that one of them is something you can show.
Can we skip the Reality Check?
We would rather you did not. Without the map we would train the wrong people on the wrong uses, and the register would document that. It is half a day, it is credited back, and it is the cheapest way to find out whether you need the Pack at all.
Do the sessions have to be in English?
Live sessions run in English, French or Italian. Materials and deliverables can also be supplied in Dutch, with native-speaker review budgeted. The usual Brussels arrangement is a live session in English or French with documents in every language the team uses.
