The Bundle
Full literacy, plus full creative capability.
For secretariats of three or more people that want full literacy and full creative capability in one plan.
One sprint moves two people. A larger secretariat needs the whole team working the same way, and one course rarely gets it there.
The Bundle runs both tracks in sequence: the Foundations Sprint first, then the Comms Sprint, Creative Edition, two weeks later. The gap is deliberate. The team practises on real work between the two, and the second session starts from what actually happened, not from a plan.
Every track opens with a short audit of your current workflows and the projects you want to move on, so nothing is a generic curriculum applied on day one.
How it runs
- The auditBefore anything is booked, we look at the real documents and workflows your team touches, and pick the automation worth building.
- Foundations Sprint: a day and a halfTool literacy, prompt engineering on your own files, and the one-page AI governance charter aligned with GDPR and the AI Act.
- Two weeks of practiceThe team uses what it learned on live work. We stay reachable by email, and collect what worked and what jammed.
- Comms Sprint, Creative Edition: one day plus deliveryOne real automation built live on your recurring job, plus the creative production module: social templates, event materials, campaign assets.
What you leave with
- A team of three or more trained on its own documents, not case studies.
- One working automation on a real recurring job, documented for the team.
- The creative production capability we normally reserve for our own client work.
- The AI governance charter, plus the Article 4 register rows and attendance records for every participant.
- Thirty days of post-programme support by email.
Two and a half days on-site plus delivery. Three people included.

Why the two-week gap between the tracks?
Because training that lands is training that gets used. The team practises on live work between the sessions, and the second session starts from what actually happened. Running both tracks back to back looks efficient and teaches half as much.
Can more than three people join?
Yes. Three are included; we scope additional participants before work begins so the hands-on format still works. Beyond a certain size we split the group rather than dilute the sessions.
We only want one of the two tracks.
Then book that track on its own. The Bundle exists for teams that need both; it is not a discount mechanism. The audit tells us honestly where you should start.
