AI Foundations Sprint

Tool literacy, prompt engineering and AI governance, done properly.

For any team, not just comms, that wants to use ChatGPT and Claude properly, with AI Act and GDPR governance built in. The sprint also closes your Article 4 training obligation, documented as we go.

Everyone in the building is already using ChatGPT or Claude, alone, without a shared method, without knowing which tool fits which job, and without anyone having looked at the GDPR and AI Act exposure that creates.

This is the in-person format for any team that wants to use AI well, not just experiment with it. No comms specialism required: if your people write, review, plan or push documents around, this is for them.

We spend a day and a half in your office. Every exercise runs on your own material: your documents, your templates, your recurring tasks. So what the team learns on Tuesday is still true on Friday.

By the end, the team knows which tool to reach for and why, has a set of prompts it can reuse without rebuilding them from scratch, and you have a one-page governance charter that turns “people are already doing this anyway” into something written down.

How it runs

1. Morning one: the audit
   Before we open a single template, we look at the real documents and workflows your team already touches: what tools people already reach for, what goes wrong, what takes too long. The rest of the sprint is built around what we find, not a fixed curriculum.
2. Day one, afternoon: tool literacy
   A hands-on comparison of ChatGPT and Claude side by side, using your own material: where each one is stronger, where they fail in the same way, and which one your team should default to for which job.
3. Day two, morning: prompt engineering
   We build reusable prompt templates on your real PDFs, Word documents and Excel files, not toy examples, so the team leaves with prompts it will actually use again.
4. Day two, afternoon: governance
   We write the one-page AI governance charter together: what GDPR requires, what the AI Act asks for, who is responsible for what. Short enough that people actually read it.

• A set of reusable prompt engineering templates, built and tested on your real documents.
• Hands-on practice on real PDFs, Word files and Excel sheets, not generic exercises.
