This is WR Secretary, the email assistant we built for White Rabbit Brussels with n8n and Claude. Every incoming email is read, understood and sorted: department, urgency, existing client or new lead. What matters reaches my phone on Telegram, with a reply already drafted in the sender's language, sent from the right mailbox with the right signature.

The key point: nothing leaves without a human decision. From Telegram I choose: ✅ Send as it is 🔁 Give me an alternative 🛠 Rewrite it with my instructions

AI does the sorting and the first draft. Judgement stays human.
